Lehmus brings with him extensive expertise and over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked at YIT for 34 years, with the last 24 years in various leadership roles both in Finland and abroad.

Lehmus has held various positions in the construction industry across different geographical areas, overseeing the development and construction of building projects. Throughout his career, he has also been responsible for property maintenance services and the development and commercialization of related digital systems.
