Urakka.app Software Oy is pleased to announce the appointment of Antti Aaltonen to the company's board of directors. Aaltonen brings with him extensive expertise and experience covering a wide range of areas in the construction industry, including strategy development, operational improvement, productivity enhancement, digitalization, and quality. Aaltonen currently serves as the Director of Construction Development in the Executive Group of the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT, where he is responsible for developing construction productivity and quality, as well as overseeing RT's strategy and its implementation.

Aaltonen is known for his ability to bring the perspective of a builder and to develop the industry in collaboration with universities and other key stakeholders. He has a strong background in construction and has played a significant role in several innovative development organizations in the real estate and construction sector, including serving as the chairman of the board of KIRAHub and participating in the KIRA Growth Program.

Aaltonen's career path has traversed traditional routes in the construction industry, including work on construction sites and as a project manager. He has also been actively involved in RT's "More Impactful RT" development program and has made significant contributions to industry development, both domestically and internationally, including participating in reconstruction efforts in Ukraine.
